The hostel was in a good location - easy to get to and only a few tram stops into the city which was good. Very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful - good breakfast!!!

The kitchen/bar area is modern and sleek, the beer is cheap and the food decent. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and accommodating. The service however is not that great, as they charge you for everything -for example, they give you a locker bin but you have to pay for a lock, or if you lose a map they charge you for an extra. The hip design and feel of the place doesn't make up for the service, they charge for everything and the staff was not very friendly.

Comfortable rooms and beds, however did not feel safe as my things were stolen, as were a wealth of things from two other rooms that were private. showers had to keep being pressed on, HAD to take transport to a city center or else endure a long walk (bad when raining).
